PhotoInstrument is a handy application that allows retouching and editing digital photographs. It is capable of applying virtual makeup to photos and of correcting face and skin imperfections. Therefore it can create the same photo embellishing effects as when using intricate and expensive tools like Photoshop. In other words, PhotoInstrument can be considered as a lighter, simpler and friendlier alternative to Photoshop. Yet, it is especially suitable for performing basic photo retouching and modifying tasks. The more complicated photo editing tasks that require a lot of craftsmanship, experience and dedication aren’t exactly fit for being performed by using this simple tool. PhotoInstrument is meant to be used by beginners and people lacking experience with photo editing. That’s why it’s very easy-to-use, intuitive and self-explanatory. Besides the straightforward interface, it also offers many handy video tutorials that thoroughly explain how its main functions can be effectively used.

Anyway, the fact that it’s easy-to-use doesn’t mean it’s also lacking functions and features. A lot of photo retouching instruments are put at your disposal, including brushes, layers, effects, and so on. Support for Photoshop-compatible plug-ins and plenty of additional features is also available.

To sum it all up, PhotoInstrument is a great tool that allows even inexperienced users to manipulate and retouch photos in such ways that they’ll look simply perfect.
