PhotoInstrument is an application that helps you edit and retouch digital photos by adding various effects. It comes with some useful functions that allow you to hide or correct imperfections, which may be found in your photos.
The program has a user-friendly interface. The main window is split in two: the left side displays all the available options, while the right part shows a preview of your photo. To help you learn how to use the application, the app lets you watch a few tutorials. The tool offers lots of instruments, such as blur, sharpen, brush, clone, liquify, red eye remover, and many others. These options are of great help especially if you want to edit portrait photos.
For instance, you can use the liquify option to move, push, grow, shrink, stretch, squeeze, or remove certain areas of one's body or face.
